• The Institute of Peace Research & Action (IPRA) has instituted a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. IPRA expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. The Institute of Peace Research & Action (IPRA) also recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind. The Institute of Peace Research & Action (IPRA) will examine the request for refund of donation and endeavour to make the refund.
• The Institute of Peace Research & Action (IPRA) is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
• If any in-kind support received by the donor from any where the material will be reached to the under-privileged community and is used for their upliftment.
• Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made. The donation will be used for community development, children education or women’s empowerment.
• The Institute of Peace Research & Action (IPRA) accepts no liability for loss or damage, including personal injury, resulting from use of this website. The Institute of Peace Research & Action (IPRA) makes all reasonable efforts to make sure malware or viruses are not transmitted from this website, however this cannot be guaranteed.
